How we work
Assess, treat and teach.
At the first visit, we take time to understand what is wrong, how long it has affected you and its impact on daily life.
We then propose a plan with an indicative number of sessions and adjust it as you progress.
We want you to leave each session knowing what we did and what you can do at home.
