Quotes and payments.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on the website and in the catalogues exclude VAT. The quote states the final amount before work starts.
How is a project paid for?
For landing pages and business websites, 50% at the start and 50% after approving the preview, before publication. For automations and improvement packages, 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. A website audit is paid for when commissioned.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
You pay the provider directly. Domain, hosting, licences and third-party subscriptions are contracted in your name and paid for separately; we help set them up. We never ask for your card or bank credentials.
Is the audit fee deducted?
Yes. The full €59 + VAT audit fee is deducted if you commission at least €250 + VAT of improvements within 30 days of receiving the report.
What does work outside the quote cost?
It is quoted separately or billed at €35/hour + VAT, always with an hour estimate and your approval before work starts.
Timelines and materials.
How long does it take?
As a guide: a landing page takes 5–10 working days; a business website 10–20; a simple automation 3–7; a website audit 3–5; and each improvement package 2–10. Timelines start when we receive the necessary materials and access.
What do I need to provide?
The necessary text, images, visual identity and access. If you do not have text, commercial copywriting can be added as an extra.
Revisions and changes.
How many revision rounds are included?
Landing pages and business websites include two rounds of minor changes to the preview. Automations include one round of minor adjustments, and website improvements include one per package.
What is a revision round?
One consolidated list of changes sent at once. Anything sent later counts towards the next round.
What counts as a minor change?
For websites: text, images, colours or design adjustments within the approved structure. For automations and improvements: adjustments within the agreed scope, such as fields, notification text or already planned conditions. New sections, features, structural changes and new tools are quoted separately.
How long do I have to send changes?
5 working days after each delivery. If we do not hear back within that time, the delivery is considered approved or the schedule is adjusted, as agreed in the quote.
What if I need more rounds?
For landing pages and business websites, each extra round costs €50 + VAT. For automations and website improvements, later changes are quoted separately.
After launch.
Will I own the website?
Yes. After final payment, we hand over the code and agreed access. Domain and hosting accounts are in your name from the start.
Is there a warranty?
We correct defects attributable to our work for 30 days on landing pages and business websites, and for 15 days on automations and improvements. Changes to external services are excluded.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, optional plans start at €29/month + VAT and include monitoring, backups and technical maintenance; some also include content changes. They are not included in the initial development.
Can I edit the website myself?
If needed, a simple content management system can be added as an extra. You can also request changes through a maintenance plan or as separate work.
Do you prepare legal texts?
We prepare indicative drafts of legal notice, privacy and cookie policies and add them to the website, but we do not provide legal review. You or a professional must validate the texts for each business.
